Chanakya Prakash Ranjan
Managing Director
With over nine years of experience in Government Affairs, Chanakya has worked in London as an Analyst at Green Alliance, a Westminster-based Environment Think Tank. He has also worked with the Commonwealth Secretariat and the World Bank.
He has a Master's in Public Policy from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Ramjas College, Delhi University.
Vartik Upadhyay
Executive Director
Vartik Upadhyay is a finance professional with a decade of experience in the field. He is presently Managing Partner at Silkwood Capital Partners, a firm involved in equity research, real estate and fundraising. He has previously managed capital for a Mumbai-based Category 3 - Alternate Investment Fund and has also advised in multiple cross-border and inter-governmental transactions.
Dr Ravneet Singh Gill (IAS: 2005)
Executive Director - Healthcare
As an IAS officer (2005: Karnataka Cadre), Dr Gill led several high-value public projects for Karnataka state in India. He left the Indian civil service to join the leadership positions in the corporate world of Pharma where he was group head for Apollo hospitals leading CSR segment, he also was the head of Infectious diseases for Viatris during the Covid-19 pandemic where he launched Remdeisivir and generated upwards of INR 1000 crore (£87 million) for the company.
He got his MBBS from UCMS, Delhi and also holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) where he went on a semester exchange at Bocconi University in Italy.

Shelly Monga
Shelly Monga leads our ESG & CSR Advisory vertical with a distinctive blend of financial acumen, strategic foresight, and social impact expertise. A seasoned Chartered Accountant and INSEAD-certified executive in Leadership & Strategy, she brings over 12 years of experience guiding organizations across the corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors.
Consulting Partner (Sustainability)
Veeksha Rao Ponakala
Veeksha Rao Ponakala is Saptanga's ESG & Sustainability Consultant with prior experience in EPC for renewable energy and distributed generation systems. Experienced in guiding organizations through sustainability reporting (GRI, SASB, BRSR) and ESG disclosures (CDP, EcoVadis, TCFD). Certified in Net Zero Roadmap Development (SBTi), Lean Six Sigma, and Project Management.
Associate Consultant
Dr Harinarayan Tiwari
Harinarayan Tiwari earned his PhD from the illustrious IIT Roorkee in Water Resource Development and Management in 2016. After working for the Ministry of Water Resources, he founded Floodkon, which engages in complex water management systems for the private and public sectors. As an associate consultant, he leads Saptanga's projects in Water Resource management projects. He was also a lecturer at the National Institute of Technology in Raipur in 2010.

Manish is a CA by profession and is plays a key role in project development for Saptanga Advisory.
He is on the board of several publicly listed companies and has won many accolades in accounancy.
Sustainable Strategy Advisor
Shubhangani Mahajan
Shubhangani Mahajan is based out of London and helps companies design their marketing strategy and operations models. She was previously the India marketing program manager at Gogoro - a Taiwanese EV company listed on NASDAQ.
She also worked in India for Burda Media in Travel+Leisure magazine and The Indian Express. Ms Mahajan was head of marketing for major export houses in India and introduced many sustainable processes in the production line.
Sustainability Space-Design Consultant
Sagar D Singh
Sagar Singh is a multidisciplinary creative practitioner, interior architect, and habitat designer based in Delhi. He has worked across pan-India, from metropolitan cities to remote regions like Ladakh. His practice blends architecture, art, and storytelling to create meaningful spatial experiences. As an artist, he explores single-line drawing as a design language, integrating it into spatial and visual narratives. He is the founder of Hire Renders, an interior architecture studio, and co-founder of SA Ladakh Biennale, Asia’s highest land art festival.
